On June 26th, 2011 BBC Radio 4 Extra broadcast an hour-long adaptation of the 1983 children's fantasy The Queen's Nose by Dick King-Smith, with a cast headed by Lauren Mote, RG (as Uncle Ginger), Richard Lumsden, Matilda Ziegler and Holly Bodimeade. I understand there was a successful TV series inspired by the same book in the 1990s. King-Smith, a prolific author, also wrote The Sheep-Pig, which was the source of the movie Babe.
You may well be able to find the radio version online.
